Run by a couple from Hanoi, this has been probably the cheapest “Bún chả” store I knew so far. Grab a pair of chopsticks and take some rice vermicelli noodles to dip into the sauce. As soon as the bite hits your tongue, you will taste how perfectly balanced in sweetness and sourness that dipping sauce is, how the noodles wonderfully complements it, how crunchy and tangy the pickles cut through the fatty pork and how the marinated pork just melts in your mouth. Here they also serve “bún đậu mắm tôm” (Noodles with fried tofu and shrimp paste) but I don’t think it’s on point. Shrimp paste was too salty and loose that didn’t give the perfect combination.

Muốn ăn bún chả vừa ngon vừa rẻ thì nhớ ghé qua đây nhé. Quán này có chủ là cặp vợ chồng người Hà Nội nên vị khá chuẩn nè, chả được ướp kĩ, mềm, tươm vị ngọt. Thịt ba chỉ được nướng rút hết mỡ, nhưng không hề bị khô. Gắp một miếng bún cho vào bát mắm, kẹp thêm rau tía tô, ngò gai và đu đủ, trời ơi ngon quá là ngon. Chỗ này còn có thêm bún đậu mắm tôm nữa nha, nhưng mà mình không recommend lắm vì mắm loãng quá mà còn bị mặn nữa 😅. Đậu khuôn thì ok, vỏ ngoài rán giòn, trong mềm mượt. Nói chung là nên thử nhé.
